How fast will I get a reply?

For inquiries sent on business days (Sun–Thu) we reply within 24 hours. Urgent technical support tickets are reviewed the same day.

Do you offer free site visits?

Free survey visits are available within Cairo for projects above a minimum scope. We coordinate paid visits to other governorates and to remote sites.

Which product brands do you supply?

Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, HiLook, TP-Link Omada, Cisco, Aruba, Ruijie, ZKTeco, Commax, Grandstream, Panasonic and more. Tell us the budget and we'll match the right brand and model.

Do you install systems or only supply equipment?

Both. We supply hardware, design networks, run cabling, install and configure cameras, intercoms, and access control. We also offer technician dispatch contracts for ongoing maintenance.

Can I get a quotation without visiting your office?
