Shipping Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 20251. Delivery Coverage
Do Link delivers orders across Egypt through contracted courier partners. Delivery is available to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and other major governorates. Same-city delivery within Greater Cairo may be handled by our own logistics team for faster turnaround.
For remote areas, additional arrangements may be required. Contact us before placing your order if your location is outside major urban centres.
2. Order Processing Time
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes picking, quality check, and packing.
- Custom-configured equipment (pre-loaded firmware, labelled racks, etc.): 3–5 business days.
- Special-order or imported items not held in our warehouse: 5–14 business days depending on stock availability.
- Installation services are scheduled separately and do not affect product delivery timelines.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery after order processing:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days.
- Alexandria & other governorates: 2–4 business days.
- Remote or rural areas: 3–7 business days or as coordinated.
These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier capacity, public holidays, or exceptional order volume periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, delivery zone, and selected courier method. The estimated cost is shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
For bulk or wholesale orders above certain value thresholds, free delivery may apply within Cairo and Giza. Contact our sales team to confirm the current threshold for your order.
5. Large and Heavy Equipment
Network racks, UPS systems, barrier gates, and heavy freight items require separate delivery coordination due to size and weight. Delivery fees for such items are quoted individually and confirmed before dispatch.
Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window and ground-floor handover for equipment that cannot be handled by standard courier.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Use this number on the courier's tracking portal to monitor your shipment in real time.

7. Delivery vs. Installation
Product delivery and installation are two separate services. If installation was included in your order, our technical team will contact you to schedule a site visit after delivery is confirmed. The installation appointment is independent of the delivery date.
